Yes — capital companies (e.g., LLC, PSA) and some partnerships (e.g., general, professional) with revenues exceeding 2 million euros must maintain full accounting ledgers.

Can you register a company for me?

Yes — we help in establishing LLCs, PSAs, and other companies, including registrations with the CRBR, for VAT, and with the tax office.

Do you offer a virtual office for a company?

The cost of full accounting services is determined individually and depends on the legal form, scale of activity (number of documents, number of employees), the complexity of business operations, and the scope of additional services (e.g., management reporting, HR and payroll). Who must maintain full accounting?

The obligation to maintain full accounting applies primarily to capital companies (LLC, joint-stock, P.S.A.), limited partnerships and limited joint-stock partnerships, as well as other entities (e.g., some foundations and associations, natural persons, civil law partnerships, general partnerships, professional partnerships) that have exceeded the statutory revenue limit (currently 2 million euros annually).
